The Technion Genome Center has experienced a significant increase in requests for sample preparation and sequencing runs resulting in nonstop use of the HiSeq 2500 systems. In order to achieve high-throughput sample preparation to match the demands of high-throughput sequencing, we now use the BRAVO automation system (Agilent) to prepare large numbers of RNA or DNA libraries simultaneously. The Bravo system can prepare batches of up to 96 libraries in just two days.
