DNA Methylation

DNA methylation is a biochemical process involving the addition of a methyl group to the cytosine. DNA methylation can alter gene expression and has become a promising area of research, since DNA methylation changes underlie many physiological conditions. We offer the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC beadchips which include 850k methylation sites across the genome.

Alternatively, we offer the RRBS protocol. RRBS (Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing) combines restriction enzyme digestion with bisulfite sequencing to enrich for a CpG-dense fraction of the genome and profile DNA methylation at single-nucleotide resolution.

We support each project from experimental design to advanced data analysis.

For Illumina Infinium Methylation please read the samples delivery instructions, fill and send us the electronic sample sheet.

For RRBS please read samples delivery instructions, fill and send us the electronic sample sheet.
