Single Cell Transcriptomics

The Chromium Single Cell 3’ mRNA counting allows you to perform deep profiling of heterogeneous cell populations with massive throughput digital gene expression on a cell-by-cell basis. Perform trace expression profiles from hundreds of thousands of single cells to ensure biologically relevant signals are not masked by bulk average measurements.

The optimal input cell concentration depends upon the desired cell recovery target, see below:
