Every project at the TGC begins with a consultation meeting in which the researcher presents his/her project’s biological question to a molecular biology specialist and a bioinformatician from our team. At this meeting, we work together with the researcher to determine the best experimental design, library preparation strategy, and sequencing parameters to use for their unique project.
