The bioinformatics team provides initial and advanced analyses, and helps you interpret your data set using established bioinformatic pipelines of the most robust open source tools in the NGS field.

Because each project has its own unique properties, the TGC team customizes the pipelines according to each project’s distinct characteristics to transform raw data into manageable and interpretable data sets and figures. The TGC team works closely with researchers, keeping them up to date on the progress of the analyses.
