The TGC is proud to be the first genomic center in Israel offering single cell RNA sequencing.
We offers two methods for single cell RNA-Seq. For lower amounts of cells we offer CEL-Seq, a method developed at the Technion, and for larger quantities of cells we offer to use the 10X Genomics Chromium controller.
